Naam - The Name
Naam helps to purify the soul through True knowledge of Har with the help of TrueGuru.
Naam cleans the mind, heart and entire body from vices of world.
Without Naam our soul becomes stained. Our mind fills with vices of world through evil thoughts, ideas, plans, actions and reactions.
Our body, heart and mind fill with vices of world- such as fear, bias, guilt, resentment, criticism and so on. We blame others for all negatives and brag about ourself for all positives. We shuttle between two extremes of happiness and sorrows. Our mind never stops in middle of two extremes which is Sahaj, Contentment -Centre point.
Naam helps to stay close to middle. Without Naam our thoughts burn in constant heat of anger, arrogance, revenge, resentment and else. Our mind never chose to learn self analysis and self correction.
It is so naive that it keep blaming others for the agony, pitty, failures and unhappiness.
Those who believe in God, start blaming God for all negatives in their life. They never are thankful to God. They always look at half unfilled glass instead of filled part.
Their thoughts generates negative vibes in body. They constantly burn in negatives of life.
